This role will support finance controller on monthly closing issues, and actively support business team with financial reporting requirements related to analyze and forecast financial, economic and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial routine including managerial reports, meetings and gap analysis

• Prepare and analyze various accruals and provide general support in monthly close process

• Reconcile financial systems – SAP, CPM and Beacon Planning. Identify mapping issues and work to resolve.

• Provide input to continuously improve finance processes and procedures and related outputs related to service business

• Perform other Finance and Accounting functions or ad hoc analysis, as necessary

• Team Player: demonstrate strong communication skills, responsible to support the team tasks when needed

• Highly committed person that displays a strong sense of ownership for work and relies on self to develop and deliver results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting

• 3+ year’s relevant corporate experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, preferably in various capacities or rotations in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated advanced Excel & Modeling experience

• Familiar with SAP, CPM and Beacon system

• Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English;

• Can work with independent and self-motivated, nature, open-minded
