Senior Financial Analyst
EATONClevelandUpdate time: April 27,2021
Job Description

Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Beachwood, OH.

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst on the Electrical Sector Intercompany Support team (ESIST)  will assist with managing intercompany related activities with each of the 300+ sites throughout the Electrical Sector. They will be responsible for helping to identifying root causes and solutions for intercompany issues, especially for incorrect setups and errors in the systems that keep the various Eaton systems (SAP, Oracle, VISTA, ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.) from performing automatically and interfacing data between one another.  This will be done by analyzing data, communicating with the sites in conjunction with the GFSS and IT teams to understand the scope of the issue, and implementing solutions to avoid future errors.   Project work will be another area of focus.

The projects will be related to the root causes analysis found for various issues for a particular site and applying the solution to the Electrical Sector sites as a whole to identify other areas of improvement.  In addition to those projects, there will be opportunities to support Electrical Sector initiatives, such as acquisitions, divestitures, and system transitions (Oracle to SAP) with intercompany activities.  The team works closely with many other support teams resulting in a strong network of resources to help solve issues in a more efficient capacity. This is particularly important while supporting the sites with issues from an ETE prospective. They will also be responsible for supporting the sites to ensure that they are in compliance with Policy O-2 (intercompany policy).
