Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for our growing finance team. As a Financial Analyst at Enlighted, you will have the opportunity to be a key player in the growth of the FP&A function for a XaaS business. Your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. You will support strategic, annual, and monthly operating planning for the entire company. While working with different areas of our business from Product to GTM to our parent company, Siemens, you’ll become intimate with our business vision and practices. The ideal candidate for the role has 3-5 years of Finance experience. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who has an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work cross functionally across various departments and organization types. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reporting packages for various global stakeholders Update executive dashboards for financial and operational KPIs Create new reports and dashboards based on growing needs of business Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments to develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets- including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow Own relationships and forecasts with specific departments Work with operational leads to further develop financial operations support Analyze and seek to understand differences between actuals, budget, and forecast Perform ad-hoc analysis for executives as needed Your Impact Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing Enlighted solutions to achieve their business and sustainability goals Be a Go-To customer expert on Enlighted solutions and become a Subject Matter expert over time. Serve as a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvements, Coach customers on how to establish and manage their overall Enlighted products portfolio. Conduct Webinars & other customer advisory sessions to provide Best Practices guidance and training on Enlighted Solutions. Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business and sustainability goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed About You 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance Prior experience in managing budgets, cost center reporting, and forecasting Strong communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work well across functions and internal organization, including internationally Excellent Excel skills Knowledge and/or experience in XaaS business models Knowledge and/or experience in Product business incl. SCM Experience with Data Science and Analytics Software (KNIME, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus Experience with Planning Software (e.g. Anaplan, Planful) is a plus Bonus Points For You enjoy work that keeps you actively engaged and requires a high degree of accuracy.
