Rheinbach Distribution Center (Germany) is the largest of the 3 Electrical Sector EMEA DCs in Europe and supplies mainly Central and Western Europe as well as outside Europe customers with Eaton products. RDC went live in August 2019 in a brand new building (was previously based in Meckenheim, Germany) to serve as the central warehouse for Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day financials for the Germany and UK based distribution centres, be responsible for the overall EMEA warehousing reporting and be the business partner to the EMEA Logistics Operations Manager and serve as financial advisor to the broader Logistics Operations team. Your main agenda will be as well to support and interact with logistics experts and controllers as regard to warehousing financials and related KPIs. Your main responsibilities: Warehouse controlling UK & Germany DC’s Account for and control monthly costs in SAP and Encore Provide monthly forecasts And monthly reporting package to the warehouse managers (including KPIs) Lead inventory counting processes and ensure compliance to the Eaton policies Lead the annual profit planning process for the Germany and UK DC Analyze monthly warehouse costs in EMEA Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: BS degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of applicable experience as a Financial Analyst or Controller in warehouse or manufacture. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to interact with senior leaders. Strong drive for results is essential, with self-directed leadership, requiring minimal supervision & being proactive. Business management experience (prefer supply chain functional experience) in an international business environment preferred.
