Position Description: The Senior Finance Manager, Pacific Communications (a unit of Commercial Analytics and Operations, CA&O) will provide financial and operational support to assist in leading the business unit thru the Operational Model Integration. Key Responsibilities include: Responsible for understanding harmonized financial processes and leading the business unit thru the changes Leading the Procure to Pay Process and Contract Management and serving as the conduit to Procurement and Legal Departments for business unit Headcount Tracking and Analytics Total Talent (AbbVie’s Contingent Worker System) lead for business unit including monitoring rates, job descriptions and worker tenure Develop Client Profitability Reporting for business unit within project management system and provide feedback to management Financial oversight for all business unit subscriptions (e.g., Box, LinkedIn Learning, Workfront) Document and review internal processes across business unit and recommend changes as considered necessary.
