#### Position Description:


Senior Financial Specialist role provides essential financial planning and
data analysis for all upsell-related accounting activity across multiple EMEA
Markets.
Main Responsibilities:
• General financial administration - regular review of the P&L elements,
monthly and quarterly forecast cycle support, closing cycle support, senior
leadership level reporting, and data analytics
• Contact point for all function in DCG financial matters and assistance and
handling of questions, investigations and fixing of Local Finance related
matters
• Ensure compliance with local country reporting requirements in joint co-
operation with GEO Accounting teams
• Accurate and insightful analysis of actual result, producing variance
analyses compared to forecast and budget
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguard
• Working closely with Sales Team, Services Finance Director and WW Upsell
Team to close monthly ledger and perform subsequent variance analyses
• Ongoing development of Upsell financial systems, models, and analysis
processes.
• Involvement in Pricing

#### Position Requirements:


• Experience of working within a finance department of a large multi-national
company, with a strong background in financial reporting/ controlling/
accounting or FP&A
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and productivity are essential; utilizing
pivot tables, vlookups, and knowledge of other dynamic formulas desirable
(Index/Match/If etc.)
• SAP or other ERP experience is an advantage
• Analytically minded, with high accuracy and comfortable working with large
data volumes
• Resolution oriented & Investigative Mindset
• Excellent team-working ability, experience of collaborating with multi-
national teams desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language to professional working proficiency

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part
