Hilton Anatole is looking for a talented Senior Food & Beverage Manager to help lead the team!

Hilton Anatole is an iconic Dallas hotel spanning 45 acres in the vibrant Design District. The property boasts 1,606 guest rooms, over 600,000 square feet of function space, and more than eight (8) dining options. The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will report directly into the Director of Food & Beverage and manage a large team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who has at least 3-5 years' experience managing multiple outlets in a high volume convention setting. This individual must be passionate about mentoring others and creating a culture of positivity.

What will I be doing?

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets at a high volume hotel
  • Convention hotel experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
  • Experience working with a POS system
  • Open availability to work varying days and hours as business requires
  • Fine dining experience preferred
