Jobs Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize the execution of site operations and activities performed by the direct employed tradesman and or subcontractors for construction projects mainly involved the modernization, renovation, alteration and addition of existing buildings or structures; 
• Conduct site coordination, supervision and monitoring works to ensure them be completed in accordance with the contractual provisions; 
• Prepare site records / reports and attend regular site meeting, safety walks, quality inspection jointly with relevant contractual parties and or government officials;
•  Liaise with representatives of Client, main / sub-contractors and or interfacing parties to facilitate the execution of site works; 
• Works at night shifts, Sundays and holidays would be required on project basis;
•  Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Jobs Requirements

Education / Qualifications

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building / Structural / Civil Engineering or passed specified top-up course for acceptance as TCP1 / TCP3
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
• Holder of a valid driving license;
• Holder of CP(NT) / CP(T) valid registration with MTRC is preferred
• Holder of safety supervisor certificate or first aid certificate is preferred
• Mature, independent and positive working attitude
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Foreman

Works Related Requirements

• Plan and organize the execution of site operation and activities to be carried out by direct employed tradesman /  and or sub-contractors for construction
• Conduct on-site coordination, supervision and monitoring to ensure the works be carried out with the program and to the required quality and also safety and health;
• Prepare site records / reports and attend site inspection / walk with parties concerned;
• Work as night shift will be required on project basis; and
• Any other duties as instructed by the Company
