The Customer Scale organization within IT Corporate Functions is responsible for developing user experiences on Intel.com tailored by the audience. You will help capture the hearts and minds of our customers and grow Intel revenue. As a Senior Front end Developer within Customer Scale, you will provide impactful insights that represent the voice of multiple users. This hugely influential role will help to establish a vision for UI/UX across intel.com platform. You will collaborate across multiple teams to improve user experience on Intel.com. Plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems or applications. Analyzes requirements, tests, and integrates application components. Ensure the system improvements are successfully implemented.

In addition, the ideal candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral skills:

- Keen awareness and interest in the latest trends and capabilities in front end development.

- Effective communication skills who can work with stakeholders to develop user experience for Intel.com platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other related field OR in lieu 5+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience with the following languages, libraries and server environments:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, NodeJS.

• Bundling systems such as Webpack (preferably) or parcel.

• CSS frameworks: Bootstrap, Foundation.

• Unit testing.

-Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the following:
- JSP, Automation
- Databases: SQL and No-SQL
- Building large-scale web applications, Accessibility, including SEO and performance optimization
- Content Management Systems
- GIT or other version control systems
- Software engineering tools and CI/CD practices

- Agile development and DevOps practices.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
