Job Description

You will be working on the new user interface for Tridion Docs.

Tridion Docs provides the services and software which empower global organizations to single-source high-value content, share, reuse, and personalize content in various output formats and in multiple languages across global markets. Through efficiency gains, our customers are able to speed up the time of information going to global markets, drive down the cost of content development and translation, provide more agility for the overall business, and increase customer satisfaction through access to better information.

For this product we are creating a completely new user interface, that is built from the ground up. With a small team of designers and developers; we are building the UI based on React and Redux/ReactQuery, implementing new OpenAPI functions, and creating a blueprint for the future.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience of 5+ years.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Technical skills with a focus on React, Redux, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Knowledge and practical use of React and Redux (1+ year) or ReactQuery.
  • Familiar with TypeScript, REST API’s, JSON.
  • Good command of English, verbal and written.

Will be a plus:

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to mentor other developers.
  • Experience with Webpack, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with UI design / visual design.
  • Preferably hold a university degree in information technology.
  • Have experience in Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile methodologies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing key front-end components of our products.
  • Reviewing peer deliverables.
  • Providing input to technical writers.
  • Assisting functional and technical testers.
  • Working closely with the interaction designers.
  • Understanding the end user's needs, having an eye for design, and can implement UI functionality that is visually pleasing and pixel-perfect.
