Location: Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support in the organization and logistic arrangement of naming ceremonies / grand opening / acknowledgement dinners;
- coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders for the effective implementation of naming;
- liaise with different Divisions, compile progress reports and submit reports to major donors;
- manage donation box system and generate reports for regular review and internal evaluation;
- assist in preparation of paper for submission at ExCom / Board Meetings;
- implement the event “Tung Wah Charity Gala – Charity Rides” and any ad-hoc events / projects as assigned;
- render support in fund-raising administration and donation box management; and
- supervise and provide guidance to subordinate.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent plus
(a) 5 years of working experience in office administration; or
(b) Bachelor Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in customer services, fund-raising and marketing fields; good command of Chinese and English;
good computer knowledge and skills including Chinese and English word-processing;
excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
ability to work as a team but also work independently;
strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure; and
experience preferably in handling naming / funds.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
