• Research and study project related materials
• Measure and analyze users in-game actions
• Optimize monetization and retention against target benchmark

Requirements:

• 3 year experience in game live operations for social or mobile games/apps
• Familiar with virtual items and other in-game monetization economy concepts
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving ability
• Knowledge of mobile gaming metrics
• Familiar with the popular mobile games released in past 5 years
