Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead and deliver high-quality English voiceover for game characters, story dialogues, and narrations, ensuring the voice performance aligns with character personalities, world setting, and the project’s artistic style;
2. Understand in-depth the scripts and character settings, combining director’s intentions and narrative pacing to provide layered, emotionally rich, and theatrically expressive voice performances;
3. Actively participate in early-stage sound design discussions, including character voice positioning, tone style suggestions, and script optimization, providing professional support for the project’s audio narrative;
4. Efficiently collaborate with the director and audio team during recordings, respond quickly to feedback, and adjust performance flexibly to produce multiple high-quality audition versions;
5. Maintain good vocal health and professional standards to consistently deliver stable, high-quality voice content in high-intensity, multi-character project cycles.
Requirements:
1. Native-level English pronunciation and linguistic sense, with exceptional command over language, vocal adaptability, and the ability to switch roles for diverse and complex characters such as protagonists, antagonists, and NPCs.
2. Over 5 years of professional voice acting experience, with a solid portfolio in games, animation, film, or radio dramas.
3. Outstanding vocal expressiveness with strong theatrical performance skills, emotional control, sense of rhythm, and improvisation, capable of exploring deep character motivations within limited scripts.
4. Familiarity with professional recording processes and audio production basics, adaptable to recording environments, with good time management and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with professional ethics, capable of proactively enhancing voice performance quality in cross-cultural teams.
Basic information:
Job type: Full-time on-site (no remote)
Location: SHANGHAI, Loushanguan Rd Line 2 Metro Station
Work Visa: Provided
Salary: 20k-40k RMB (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm (including one-hour break)
