Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising and Sourcing Teams on product development and sample approval
• Create Tech-packs, execute fitting and sample evaluation to ensure style commercialization from Proto to Pre-production stages
• Train up and supervise vendors and guide them to be first class vendors
• Handle All Men’s categories including Tailoring in Asia Market
• Provide professional technical support to design from concept to bulk
• To lead live model fit sessions with designers, merchandisers and vendors
• To be the owner, decision marker and problem solver of fit sample approval to pre-production
• Follow up feedback from markets and stores, investigate related comments and liaise and support all other departments

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Technical Design, Clothing studies or related disciplines
• At least 15 years relevant working experience in Buying Office with strong product knowledge in Woven and Tailoring for Menswear
• Strong technical knowledge in pattern making, garment sewing, construction, fitting and grading
• Strong mindset of product engineering to automation and production efficiency
• Deep knowledge in Men’s products, with sophisticated Men’s tailoring would be a definite advantage
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Literate in Microsoft office programs, exposure in PLM, Pattern CAD/CAM system and 3D would be an advantage
• Frequent travel to factories is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
