• Manage AP & China business performance to deliver the company initiative
• Conduct weekly business cadence with regions sales team and cross function
• Engage with WW for executive updates
• Support the sales leader with analysis and recommendation to support the
sales target
• Design the business management system to grow the strategic products
• Involve in business planning process to establish the global account
strategy
• Leading profit managers to achieve the profit contribution target
• Collaborate with BUs and design sales incentive programs
• Improve end to end process to drive operational efficiency
#### Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Marketing /
Statistics/ Quantitative Analysis/ MIS or equivalent with 8 years of
experience in business analysis, open to less experience.
• Data analysis skills including Excel(Preferable excel VBA), or other
programming tools
• Proactive in sharing ideas and make suggestions, strong sense of ownership
• Experience in IT industry would be advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and detail-minded
• Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Japanese or Korean language
will be advantage
