Key responsibilities

• Working on exciting Mixed-Use, Retail and Commercial projects
• Get involved in projects across China and Asia Pacific
• Responsible for leading design and collaborating with fast-paced interdisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers to deliver projects of complex signage & wayfinding
• Demonstrate exceptional vision, oversee projects from conception to completion, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Use your exceptional design sense and adept at developing creative up-front design concepts as well as having technical working knowledge in preparing final documentation
• Expected to speak up, give the team your opinion and insights
• Mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success
• To strategies and design environmental graphics and way-finding signage design projects.
• To handle strategic place branding and supporting corporate design/ marketing collateral design works.
• Prepare marketing materials; social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) postings images & visuals

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in Signage and Wayfinding
• Design diploma or degree in Communication/Information Graphics or Interior Design; other associate art and design knowledge will also be considered.
• Architectural/ interior/ environmental graphics and signage or marketing material working experiences is an advantage.
• Proven innovative and creative problem-solving skill.
• Strong graphic sense and visualization/rendering ability and can think three dimensionally.
• Video editing skills
• Proficient in Illustrator, and Photoshop; InDesign, Powerpoint, AutoCAD and other 3D rendering software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and experience as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects while exhibiting and adhering to demanding project schedules
• Desire to develop, motivate and mentor young design professionals
• Good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, and English
