Required by an MNC engineering company, 8 to 10 years H.R. experience gained in engineering/automotive/manufacturing industries.

Full spectrum in C&B, recruitment, staffing and performance management. 

Have experience in HRIS will be an advantage.

Bachelor degree in H.R., Business and/Engineering from local/overseas university.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, can work effectively in daily operation and lead H.R. project to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the H.R. system.

The candidate should be a good team player and heartful leader to help developing a world-class H.R. functions in the region.
