Eaton’s Global Talent and Learning Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior HR Administrative Assistant. This role is in Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: The Senior HR Administrative Assistant is a part of the Corporate Human Resources team, supporting the Global Talent and Learning COE and providing administrative and logistical support to multiple leaders (5), as well as broader participation in HR projects. This role supports the Vice President of Global Talent and Learning, the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Vice President of Learning and Culture, the Vice President of Executive Development, and the Vice President of Total Rewards. In this role, you will engage directly with these leaders to support a diverse group of administrative and support priorities. You will be a valued member of the Global Talent and Learning team, participating and facilitating meetings both in person and virtually. Essential Functions: Provide administrative expertise through managing electronic calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, as well as full travel planning logistics for domestic and international travel Provide excellent customer service to client base, remaining flexible to allow for changing work priorities and timelines Manage expense reporting and the invoice process with an eye for simplification and process improvement Manage office supplies and other promotional materials, including ordering and maintaining inventory for department and teams Problem solves to support leaders in technology-based issues, and use new technology tools to create workforce efficiencies Utilize technology and software programs to collaborate with leaders and teams to create, update, and edit materials for meetings, programs, and other events Ad hoc administrative support to other areas of the business as needed Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit will be provided. All candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH to be considered.
