The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is an experienced HR professional who will builds valuable consultative relationships with internal clients and transfers request and solutions to/from the business unit.

As the single point of contact for all associates and managers, this role will proactively deliver dedicated HR leadership to each assigned group. He/she will lead complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally and must have a deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees and business processes.

You will recruit key talent, both internally and externally for assigned work groups and will act as the performance improvement driver while provoking positive change in associate management. Additionally, this position will provide necessary support with policies, compensation, performance management, benefits, labor relations and safety and health issues for all assigned business units.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Establish and lead ongoing positive relationships with key partners, including Tech Leadership teams, IT, Controlling and central HR functions such as Compensation, Training and Associate Benefits.
  • Support and coach managers to address and resolve a wide variety of Associate relations challenges and performance issues.
  • Provide effective, thoughtful mentorship, and feedback to build management and leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of recent experience in Human Resources. Responsibilties must include talent identification, compensation plan design and developent and associate development.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
  • Experience working with HRIS tools.
  • Experience working on a web based applicant tracking system.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State labor laws.
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee development and performance appraisal systems.
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills to effectively support and connect with a team with varied strengths.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others.

  • Well-developed analytical and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and a confident presence.
  • Ability to diagnose problems with critical thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and an ability to influence managers/leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and employee experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation.
  • Able to travel, as appropriate.
