The HR Manager will provide daily support by managing and administering plans and / or programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support business objectives, establishing solid partnerships and driving functional excellence. Actively implement the actions to best position Eaton as an employer of choice. Job Responsibilities Develop and deploy HR strategies to manage and drive the culture, and align the organization for growth Ensure the talent pipeline for the future, assess and select talent, and coach managers on the processes and talent management strategics Set direction, priorities and culture expectations while championing Eaton Values & Philosophies and the Eaton Business System (EBS) by driving the utilization of performance metrics, continuous improvement principles and change management plans while maximizing employee ownership and engagement Design and deliver local HR practices that create and maintain the desired culture Prepare the workforce for change. Use Eaton assessment tools and metrics to diagnose organizational issues and create plans to close gaps Identify the learning, training, and development needs of the organization and deploy effective training plans in collaboration with the talent management COE Provide leaders of people guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading / coaching others through change. Provide coaching and feedback as needed to help Build Organizational Capability Use coaching skills to influence behavior and business decisions to be consistent with the values and ethical standards and desired business outcomes Perform investigations and take appropriate corrective actions Ensure effective deployment of performance management systems and coach managers on the process Develop labor strategies, objectives, and action plans for country in the cluster and individual locations, as applicable and drive commonality wherever possible (“One Eaton”) Work closely with operations leadership to ensure that labor relations practices are consistent with operational strategies and conducive to success Ensure that business is aligned and tackles emerging employment issues in a consistent and strategic manner Get results and drive progressive HR programs while maintaining plant compliance with governmental regulations and labor laws from a regional and country by country perspective Provide Labor Relations expert support to help anticipate and address complex situations and create solutions on Build organizational capability in labor relations in cluster. Develop and deliver training as appropriate. Preparing and controlling HR Budget. Represents the organization in the collective bargaining process and participates in negotiations. Leading disciplinary committee Represents the company in relation with public authorities for personnel related topics Negotiates the employment contractual clauses in limits established/agreed de by the general direction Proposes measures to improve the organizational structure and the work ways Monitor and manage HR KPIs #LI-ZK1 Qualifications Are you? Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required / legal and labor law certificate + knowledge is a plus Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role Assessment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Wellness, Labor Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, Matrix Organization Demonstrated HR strategic business partner success in organizational development Analyzing data Commitment to employee engagement and continuous improvement Strong employee relations skills with the proven ability to successfully drive change and leadership ownership/accountability Coaching/facilitation/conflict management skills Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability Ability to effectively communicate ideas/thoughts to all levels of the organization Working knowledge of employment/labor law.
