About The Role:

In this role, you’ll work with the larger HR team to solve problems and most importantly: deliver a great employee experience. If you like making an impact, helping others, furthering an open an innovative culture and tend to generally look at even the smallest task in the context of how it impacts the overall organization – we should talk!

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Experience: Deliver a great employee experience in all interactions with employees and leaders, drive an innovative culture and with high levels of employee engagement
  • Employee Relations: Partner with team leads within the LS&T organization to manage employee relations issues within their teams and support them in driving their team to be their best
  • Employee Data Management and Reporting: Creating and tracking data driven metrics for leaders, bringing quantitative analysis to their people strategy
  • HR Operations Escalations: Act as escalation point for issues related to US benefits, employment law, immigration, etc. as needed to support international HRBP team

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship & HR Brand builder: You build trust and rapport easily with individuals across all departments and levels, you’re dialed in to the business and are able to focus on the big picture and not get stuck in the weeds
  • Emotionally intelligent: You are able to remain calm in stressful situations and communicate effectively, you support your client group with a sense of urgency and you’re known for your empathetic approach to tackling tough issues
  • Problem Solver: You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes, you’re comfortable taking risks and finding innovative ways to solve business issues
  • Positive outlook & highly collaborative style: You’re a team player that thrives on getting your hands dirty and you’re resilient in the face of challenges
  • Ability to execute & get things done: Strong project management skills; able to multitask, can tackle big projects with enthusiasm, and have the ability to think critically and work through ambiguous situations
  • Analytics: You’re highly detailed oriented, love an intuitive dashboard and have the excel skills to back it up
  • 8 - 10 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering is preferred, global experience is a major plus
  • Experience in and around M&A/merging multiple entities in being able to navigate an evolving organization with disparate cultures and systems

Base Pay:  90k-95k per year / FLSA Status:  Exempt

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
