For Eaton Iberia Electrical (Spain & Portugal, currently around 100 employees) we are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (male/female). As a Senior HR Business Partner Iberia, you will support the Country Sales Leader and the management line. You will take over the responsibility for all relevant HR processes for the defined workforce area, including talent acquisition, recruiting, communications, litigation, rewards, performance management, training, employee engagement and work practices. You will receive the support of EMEA HR services (administration, recruitment, legal, etc.) and report to the zone HR manager France & Iberia. Your job tasks: Support the business strategy and identify opportunities to improve organizational capability. Be a Business Partner of the leadership team to drive and deploy the culture changes to align the organization with the strategy. Ensure Eaton’s internal processes, country laws and applicable labor relations requirements are communicated, understood and complied with within the functions and countries. Being the first point of contact for all HR related issues (legal, organizational, etc.) and represent the HR function internally and externally. Work closely with the local works council and build a trustful relationship with them. Provide coaching, consulting and facilitation to both employees and leaders. Recruit for all level positions; Conduct new-employee orientations and monitor career-path development. Actively support all employee engagement and communication activities on the area. Manage information, balancing confidentiality with business needs. Engage in the management on several projects, salary administration, annual merit planning process, wage and benefits analysis. Manage employees payroll and bonus calculations for the area. Lead as appropriate resolution of ongoing employee relations issues. Maintain accurate human resource information system records; analyze HR KPIs trends and, based on this, provide advice and guidance on business and HR potential issues. Qualifications Your profile: Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or comparable, with a specialization in HR; Masters’ degree preferred in HR/ Business Administration. More than 5 years of experience in a similar HR position. Preferred experience in a multi-national HR operational and management environment. Interest to work in a dynamic, multicultural, international company with a matrix organization. Self-sufficiency in managing simultaneous assignments; flexibility; strong analytical/problem solving skills/ strong customer-orientation. Proven ability to effectively communicate with different types of audiences and to establish trusty relationships. Good command of office pack; attention to detail, ability to work under pressure. Spanish Labor Law and payroll knowledge skills. Strong integrity and experience in handling confidential and sensitive information. Experience in driving organizational and cultural changes in a complex environment. Experience in introducing new HR initiatives/practices and in driving continuous improvement in a multinational environment. Strong work ethic. Fluent in English, Spanish (Portuguese is an asset).
