Your tasks and responsibilities: As an HR Consultant, you are the point of contact for operational HR issues and responsible for service delivery in your area of responsibility. You will build up a relationship of trust with the business and the relevant stakeholders by providing qualified advice You develop solutions in joint cooperation and plan and accompany the implementation, e.g. in the area of personnel and team development, income, implementation of individual measures, coaching of employees and managers, questions of labor law and works constitution law, personnel compensation / placement as well as support in the separation process In cooperation with Recruiting, you are responsible for advising managers in the hiring process (including final interviews) You will be responsible for the proper implementation of processes while ensuring data quality and will be available to employees for all HR-related issues You will also be responsible for preparing and moderating meetings (e.g. management meetings, development meetings) and participating in decision-making bodies (e.g. the management committee of your consulting area).
