Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly payroll process and coordinate with related parties on payroll related documents and reports
  • Update employment records, administer compensation and benefits programs for local and expatriate employees, handle staff enquiries and tax filing processes
  • Provide support on HR operation, including but not limit to prepare employment related letters, conduct reference check, etc.
  • Participate and support various HR initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in payroll and HR operations
  • Demonstrated independence in handling a full payroll cycle
  • Good working knowledge of Hong Kong employment law. Exposure in overseas payroll and taxation (including PRC, Singapore and US) will be advantageous
  • Good command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong verbal and clear communication skills with good customer service mindset
  • Proficient in Google suite and/or MS Office, with experience in HR management system (e.g. Workday, IPL)
  • Flexible, proactive, numerically sensitive, detail oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and multi-tasking
  • Work location will be at Causeway Bay office ;
