We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team as a Senior HR Generalist, focusing on recruitment and organizational development. Eaton is positioning itself to capitalize on future power usage trends meaning that we must grow and develop our organization.
At Eaton HR’s role is to build organizational capabilities and effectiveness, to shape an inclusive and trusting culture, and to architect leadership and talent development. This presents an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge as well as to grow professionally in a very hands-on role.
The role is reporting to our Country HR Manager.
Your key deliverables:
- Drive site level recruitment and development of recruitment practices in cooperation with Eaton’s Talent Acquisition Team
- Support the site level HR function in organizational development (succession planning, talent reviews, organizational capability development) and manager and leadership competency development through coaching and training
- Manage the site level training process and tools, and to hold trainings for managers and employees around organizational development themes
- Actively participate in Inclusion & Diversity and drive Employer Branding activities (University Relations and Internship Programs)
- Act as a change agent in supporting and enabling Eaton’s culture evolution
- Collaborate with different stakeholders throughout the EMEA -region and participate in various EMEA -wide activities and projects
- Manage other HR -related responsibilities (backup for payroll, manage personnel records, compensation management and benefits administration, employee relations)
- Proactively drive other HR initiatives and activities based on your own skills and wishes
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Required:
- Proven (multiple years) experience as an HR Generalist (focus on recruitment, organizational development and coaching)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a suitable field
- Strong command of both Finnish and English
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient user of MS Office tools, specifically Excel
- Growth and development-oriented mindset
- Coaching and networking skills
- Experience within multinational environment
