We are looking forward to a Lead HR Generalist in Eaton’s electrical business, based in ChangZhou, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Utilize various training resource, organize and facilitate internal and external training activity, implement training plan effectively according to business requirements. Coordinate for training evaluation and follow-up, maintains training database and control training expenses within budget. Initiate to establish and maintain training material (incl. documents, PPT and other multimedia), build internal trainer team, develop internal resource and construct knowledge database. Support HRM to conduct the two way communications to build positive employee relations by optimizing annual communication plan and follow up actions. Actively listen to the voice of employees as one source of information for business decisions and continuous improvement of management processes. Recruit for competent talents and Lead in talent developments to ensure the full competence to meet the job requirements. And/or support talent development programs on site. Initiate to deliver Eaton HR programs including but not limited to organize employee activity and take lead and promote I&D initiatives to improve employee engagement. Prepare accurate monthly reports required by various management and follow up plant HR metric action plan month by month. Support other HR tasks assigned by leaders. Qualifications Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field At least 5 years HR experience and at least 3 years of training or communication experience in MNC, mechanical industry background is preferred Familiar with OFFICE, especially PPT and presentation skill Yes!
