Senior HR Manager

Job Description
Provide internal advisory on a broad range of HR issues and manage the entire employee life cycle, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employment relations, local employee communications, and personal development to support managers and improve associate, department, and business performance
•
Work according to the priorities of the talent strategy set by the APAC or regional management and collaborate with our global centers of excellence at our regional and global headquarters in Singapore and Raleigh, NC
•
Contribute to the development of the overall HR function by sharing best practices, sharing knowledge, and contributing to or lead APAC HR projects
•
Actively formulate, develop, and implement results on key organizational issues for the region including process improvement, change management, leadership development, strategic staffing, succession planning, retention strategy, policy and procedure creation and application, and organizational design
•
Help to drive and implement talent management initiatives in the region and assists teams with their People strategies
•
Communicate HR programs to managers and employees; provide guidance on employment laws, policies, and procedures
•
Supervise external vendors (e.g. legal attorneys) and conduct HR-related administration needs and correspondence with local authorities
Skills:
•
Progressively increasing responsibility in the HR field working in an international, dynamic, and fast-changing environment
•
Experience leading HR activities in Greater China
•
Thorough knowledge of compliance and employment relations
•
Ability to establish and structure HR processes and workflows; comfortable operating without them
•
Ability to keep day-to-day
•
