Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral part of the HR team. In this role, the HRBP will be accountable for enabling respective functions’ people strategy. This role needs to partner with the China GM and leadership team, providing effective HR solutions in areas such as talent development, workforce and succession planning, performance management and reward and recognition. This role needs to ensure staff are supported on all employee relations matters and help to create engaged productive teams by shaping and defining our organizational culture and environment.
The HRBP builds a valuable relationship with internal clients and transfers requests and solutions to/from the business unit, in deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees and business strategies. Providing consultation towards people/organization efficiencies.
The HRBP actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization. The HRBP creates and drives talent and business strategy with clients, identifies and prepares development plans for the key/high potential employee, managing a result driven leadership pipeline.
The HRBP also handles generalist responsibilities including total rewards, employee relations, training and development, performance & talent management, talent acquisition, people metrics/reporting, partnering with leadership teams on HR and business needs and special projects.

Qualifications
The business partner is an experienced HR professional who has a broad experience in various HR areas of expertise.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8-10 years direct HRBP/Generalist experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Results-orientation, good project management skills
Team player, good relationship-building, influential and coaching skills
Ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment with multiple priorities is a must
