Role summary:

  • The Senior HR Manager serves as the consultative partner between our businesses, region and RPO vendor. He/she develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders including hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to develop talent acquisition strategies that support both short- and long-term business objectives.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Amgen China Recruiting Strategy as well as provide creative and efficient recruitment solutions and channels to internal clients
  • Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure Amgen China is investing in sources with the highest ROI; Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline
  • Demonstrates personal credibility and impact through effectively leading candidates and hiring manager interview process
  • Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine the effectiveness of recruiting activities
  • Leverage deep labor market expertise & competitor intelligence to influence and share with key stakeholders and HR team on talent market trends, availability, challenges & risks and make right hiring strategy & decisions
  • To work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure full compliance with selection process and execution of selection tools, including training delivery to hiring managers
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities to drive TA excellence in terms of process, policy and system to elevate talent acquisition quality and efficiency
  • Research industry best practices for recruitment and implement appropriate internal best practices
  • Proactively engage in workforce planning to create and implement customized and proactive recruitment strategies
  • Continuously attracting candidates by promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the market place, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive both short and long term employer branding initiatives
  • Create and communicate status reports for business in support of the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR field with proven track record in talent acquisition and employer brand management
  • Passionate, creative and energetic, with strong business acumen and teamwork sprit
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, project management skills
  • Good command of English and Office tools
  • Solid experience and knowledge in all full recruiting lifecycle including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, network, assessing, job analysis, salary negotiation and relationships management, etc.
  • Self-motivated & initiated to work independently to complete the tasks in tight schedule, strong problem solving skills and strong wiliness to know new things, concept on recruitment and personal development
