Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual exercise including but not limited to annual salary review, short-term-incentive & long-term-incentive program, staff cost budgeting and benefit renewal
- Provide support in salary & benefits benchmarking
- Review and evaluate existing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Participate in HRIS implementation project, and work with Group HR on surveys, reports & cost allocation
- Prepare reports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in F&B/retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and numeric sense
- Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS implementation, previous experience in IPL is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
