Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with annual exercise including but not limited to annual salary review, short-term-incentive & long-term-incentive program, staff cost budgeting and benefit renewal
  • Provide support in salary & benefits benchmarking
  • Review and evaluate existing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Participate in HRIS implementation project, and work with Group HR on surveys, reports & cost allocation
  • Prepare reports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in F&B/retail industry
  • Strong analytical skills and numeric sense
  • Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS implementation, previous experience in IPL is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
