Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
- Develop and facilitate effective sourcing strategies including social media platforms, career seminars, jobs fairs, referral programs etc
- Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions and selection criteria
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in end to end recruitment gained in F&B industry
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
- Proactive, flexible, highly self-motivated and result-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
