Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
  • Develop and facilitate effective sourcing strategies including social media platforms, career seminars, jobs fairs, referral programs etc
  • Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions and selection criteria
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in end to end recruitment gained in F&B industry
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
  • Proactive, flexible, highly self-motivated and result-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
