Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in core HR Management aspects and activities with specific focus on recruitment and selection, reward / benefits administration and review, staff relations and event management, HR analytics and support, HRIS and database administration, policy and documentation review, and any other HR projects.
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR & C&B policies, guidelines and procedures for ensuring compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and other local regulations
  • Responsible for HR functions including payroll administration, MPF, taxation, employee benefits, performance appraisal process, attendance management etc.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process by liaising with line managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing employment contract and conducting induction program
  • Participate in full employee life cycle such as hiring, on boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and also responsible for the daily administration of HRIS
  • Engage in the preparation of all HR related reports and analysis
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects and events when assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in HRM or related discipline
  • Min. 4 years’ hands-on experience in all rounded HR operations
  • Well versed in employment legislation and other statutory ordinances
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing (excellent in using Excel functions is highly preferred)
  • Self-motivated with good numerical and analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered for the post of Human Resources Officer
