Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training, performance management and staff relations
  • Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management, staff medical and group insurance
  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans to help establish the values and culture of the organization
  • Participate in the full cycle of recruitment and selection process
  • Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years solid HR experience in sizable organization
  • Well-versed in Employment and MPF Ordinances and other HR related regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, hardworking and can work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and strong in using HRIS, i.e. HR Pro
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
