Responsibilities:

  • Handle learning administrative and coordination work to ensure training programmes are carried out effectively with good learners' experience.
  • Daily administrative tasks including but not limited to training scheduling, coordination of trainers and venue, maintenance of training records and reports
  • Ensure training programmes to be held smoothly with good coordination of resources and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organization of learning activities, coordination of trainers and resources and consolidation of post-training feedback and training data.
  • Preparation of learning reports, maintenance of updated training records and data in a timely manner.
  • Review and manage the use of training resources on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school, higher diploma or Bachelor Degree is required
  • 6-7 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, candidates with mastery of graphic editing or multimedia skills is a plus.
  • Good command of Chinese, English writing, communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to detail and good organisational skills
  • Highly organized, able to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
