#### Position Description:

quarter. Lenovo Data Center Group is looking for an experienced HR Specialist
who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate and drive transformation in
a growing business.

The HR Specialist will support the Data Center Group Sales Organization and
executives/managers in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives
focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. This individual will
deeply engage with leaders and managers and serve as a critical and
influential member of the leadership teams they support.
The selected candidate must be a strategic thinker and must have a proven
track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and
managers.
They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily
matrixed and global organizations.  Strong organizational agility, business
acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the key skills to being
successful in this position.
Lastly, the candidate will have a heightened focus on customer centricity for
the organizations they support.

Roles & Responsibilities
•     Structural and Organizational Design: Contribute to the business
strategy by helping the business leaders identify, prioritize and build
organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes.
•       Strategic HR Workforce Planning and analytical skills
•       Talent Assessment and Analytics
•        Change Management: focused on shifts to culture, leadership and
management requirements
•       Performance Management, Career Development, Total Compensation and
Rewards, Talent Reviews
•       Support US site HR leader to execute the daily HR program in an
efficient and smooth way

#### Position Requirements:


Minimum Requirements:
•       FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS A MUST (Reporting to the US).
•      Proficiency in Local labor legislation and  regulations.
•       Strong business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:
•       Prior HR experience working with a sales organization.
•       Track record of credible transformation-centric business partnership
and change leadership.
•       Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as trusted
advisor, providing judgment and expertise.
•       Identify and drive HR solutions aligned to business strategy and
request, according to local legislation.
•       Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work
•       Intuitive, conceptual, systems-focused thinker
•       Data-oriented for decision-making
• The Ability to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the
face of resistance in the best interests of the business
•       Willingness influence business leaders individually and collectively
•       Organizational navigation and people sense
