Job Description
Summary/Objective The primary focus of this position is to serve as Subject Matter Expert on all HR systems. The candidate will serve in a system administration role for identified systems and system Security, lead HR Technology projects and support escalated requests and cases. In addition, the candidate will provide thought-leadership on HR System related projects including modifications, customizations, upgrades, adoption of new functionality, reporting, and analytical use of data stored in HR systems. The senior analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging expertise in business analysis and experience with HR systems to recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Leads HR Technology Projects and Supports HRT Roadmap Projects Supports a high number of Projects with all business functions. Serves as subject-matter expert for all HR Systems and processes on assigned projects. Serves as Functional Project Manager and Analyst on all Acquisition and Divestiture Projects ensuring seamless integration with HR Systems. Delivers analytical expertise to small- through large-sized projects through the entire project lifecycle – from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, audit and post-production support. Leads Project Teams for new system implementation, patches, upgrades or enhancements. Identifies and escalates risks in all project phases. Manages creation and assignment of a high volume of UAT scripts (10,000 – 20,000 per year) and documents results in support of system upgrades or patches. Develop HR requirements documents, process maps, design documents, and testing scripts / scenarios and project playbooks. Leverage his/her knowledge of HR business processes and technology, to evaluate business requests and project solutions. Coordinates with multiple departments and stakeholders to produce better business results System Administration and Maintenance of Support Systems Serve as Subject Matter Expert on supported systems. Be the first point of contact for HR Analysts and HR COEs on questions related to ServiceNow, TalentHub (Success Factors), System Security and HRMS (Oracle) questions and issues Serve as System Administrator for ServiceNow, TalentHub and HRMS Security. Responsible for Configuration Changes, Enhancement Analysis, Process Improvement, User Experience and Report Design. Lead the HRT Security Audit process and submit results to HRT Leadership team Lead the regular review of all training materials for end users and the HRT Support team and lead updates and changes as require Researches System issues, unexpected results or process flaws by conducting large data analysis and system tests to identify patterns, impacted users, groups or regions. Documents results of analysis and works with technical support team and Business COEs on issue urgency and resolution #LI-DS1 Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or Information System roles such as generalist, business analyst, systems administrator or functional analyst. Preferred Qualifications and Experience One-year experience conducting data analysis One-year experience with process documentation One-year experience with systems training and documentation One-year experience with PL/SQL Experience interfacing with all levels of HR and IT professionals and business customers. Advanced Excel Operations Required Qualifications Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Working Knowledge of Human Resource Policies and Practices Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR Technology applications, how these applications and systems are developed and maintained, as well as how they interface with other systems. Excellent interpersonal relationship building and team work skills which are especially critical to our global team environment Demonstrated customer service skills. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including clear and comprehensible assistance to customers and other team members and detailed process documentation. Ability to communicate customer issues/requirements to technical personnel and convey technical information to customers in an easily understandable fashion. Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems. Ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple, often complex, tasks to ensure continued effectiveness in meeting the company’s recordkeeping, reporting and compliance needs.
