Job Description
1. Work with research analyst and others in preparing proposals for clients as well as attending briefing meetings as necessary
2. Undertake in depth qualitative interviews and successfully conduct focus groups when requested to do so
3. Work directly with the healthcare team in India to design EVS China portions of healthcare proposals and EVS China company development strategy for healthcare research
4. Support Evalueserve China across the LOBs in overseeing proposals, projects, and report writing
5. Actively involved in HealthCare research projects, especially proposal design, analysis, writing report with ad-value insights and make presentation
6. Lead all healthcare-related China teams and projects
7. Grow and foster a team of healthcare analysts in the China office

Requirements
1. 3 years+ solid experience in market research, especially in HealthCare sector
2. BA or advanced degree in a medical-related field, including Western and Chinese medicines, Internal Medicine, Clinic Medicine, Pharmacology, etc
3. Team oriented, logical and insightful thinking, and willing to work under pressure independently
4. Knowledge of the healthcare industry (healthcare, epidemiology, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, distribution of healthcare including retailing
5. Solid communication and people management skills; Independent and with leadership skills
6. High proficiency in English and Mandarin
