Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects
2) 1-2 years of experience in the area assigned to teach
3) 120 Hour online TEFL or TESOL course
4) PGCE or teaching certification
5) Clear Criminal Police Background check
6) Experience teaching middle school students
7) IELTS training experience
8) The teacher must be from the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia

Teachers will have up to 25 teaching hours per week with each lesson being 40 minutes. Our working schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Training will be given to teachers upon arrival, and teachers will be assigned a Chinese homeroom teacher to assist with managing the classroom. Classrooms range in size from up to 25 students.

WORKING HOURS, CLASS SIZE, PAY AND BENEFITS:
a.From Monday to Friday, unless the Chinese government requires labor on Saturdays or Sundays,
b.The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each class may accommodate up to 25 students. There are up to 25 teaching times each week, with each lesson lasting 45 minutes.
c.The benefits include a 60-minute lunch break, complimentary lunch provided on campus, a monthly stipend for breakfast, and presents from the institution.
d.Full-time job with a one-year contract (renewable).
e.The applicant will enter into an employment agreement directly with the LiMai institution and will get assistance in applying for work visas and residence permits.
i.Extra remuneration for A) for PGCE/SACE/QTS/US teaching license, B) for MASTER/PhD degree, and C) monthly high attendance,
j. A performance evaluation assessment incentive of up to 14000rmb before tax is suggested for July once completing an annual contract.
