Reporting Line
 Reports to: Head of Humanities Group (Global Perspectives, Geography, Business and
Economics department head), High School
 Works closely with Global Perspectives and Geography subject leader
 Works closely with: Academic Team, University Guidance Team, and Homeroom Teachers

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
 Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (e.g. Global Studies, International Relations, Social Sciences, Education, Humanities, etc.)
 Experience teaching international curricula (IGCSE, A Level, IB DP, MYP, or similar)
 Strong understanding of inquiry-based and project-based learning approaches
 Effective classroom management and strong communication skills
 Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
 Ability and drive to work towards goals set by the leadership team and personal goals set by
the candidate themselves.

Preferred
 Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives
 Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
 Experience in curriculum development or interdisciplinary projects
 Prior experience in an international school setting
