Job Description

Roles:

Assist Human Capital Executive to develop and provide a full range of HC functions, including Recruitment, Staff Development, Compensations & Benefits and special HR projects and initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Participate in the full set of recruitment functions, including job fair coordination, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, employment contract preparation, conducting new join orientation, etc.;
• Assist in performance management function, including staff promotion, new join and annual appraisal exercise, etc.;
• Prepare manpower related reports and analysis for management review;
• Maintain accurate staff information and records in HC system and manage filing systems;
• Assist in conducting benchmarking exercise periodically;
• Assist in reviewing and developing HC related policies and procedures;
• Assist in organizing staff relation activities;
• To assist Human Capital Executive and operational departments to formulate and implement soft skill training to staff;
• Prepare payroll administration, including monthly payroll, MPF and tax administration;
• Assist in handling and follow up on work injury cases;
• Assist in handling time attendance and leave management

Capabilities and Experience:

• 1 year of relevant working experience required
• Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related discipline
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation;
• Responsive and proactive in handling HR issues,
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing, and
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and detail-minded
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Capital Supervisor.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
