Responsibilities:
- Lead C&B team to carry out HR services including monthly payroll, ORSO & MPF contributions, leave management and benefits administration, taxation calculation
- Prepare relevant information for the annual financial disclosure
- Assist to regional offices on HR related issues
- Participate in HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR related projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years relevant experience, with exposure in banking sector a definite advantage
- Detail-minded with strong problem-solving, organizing, interpersonal, communication and management skills
- Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a privilege
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
