Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of HR duties such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, WI and staff orientation independently;
- Handle Payroll, MPF and Tax reporting for whole company front line staff independently;
- Control and arrange the front line staff roster if necessary;
- Prepare HR documents, Interview, employee contract and other ad hoc reports.
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in HRM or business-related disciplines;
- Minimum 3-years experiences in Retail / F&B is must;
- Experience in complex payroll calculation;
- Well understanding in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in quiet and small office;
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Chinese Word and Excel;
