The role:

• Perform daily human resources activities including recruitment & selection, payroll calculation and other C&B duties
• Act as a strategic partner with line managers
• Review and provide suggestions on compensation packages and policies
• Prepare and analyze statistical & related HR reports
• Assist to review and improve current HR system
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned 

What we look for:

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• 4-5 years’ relevant experience in retail fashion industry
• Hand on payroll experience
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and well organized
• Good communication skills and analyzing skills
• A good team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
