Job Description

Job Summary:

This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and focus on building effective business relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment vendors and peers to achieve business goals majorly on recruitment and retention. Also, working closely with the team to add value to the Club by delivering all spectrums of HR function.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage with professionalism on recruiting to ensure hiring needs are met timely with quality.
  • Evaluate recruiting and interviewing processes through compiling reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor employment process to ensure its compliance to Club’s standards.
  • Deliver with high quality reports on staffing updates for management review.
  • Provide professional advice on key HR accountabilities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, work injury…etc.
  • Engage staff by organizing staff activities and maintaining staff communication platform.
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably from hospitality industry.

 

Skills & Personalities 

  • Good team player who is able to communicate well with different levels of people.
  • Passionate, result & detail oriented and a goal getter.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in handling different projects.
  • Self-motivated to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
  • Fluent in both English & Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
  • Immediate available would be an advantage.

 

Working location: Central, and occasionally at Tai Tam.
