Senior Human Resources Officer
(Post Ref.: 20/49/SW)
The appointee will be responsible for providing human resources services in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication, training and development, and human resources information system. He/she will also be required to provide executive support to the human resources-related committees of the University, and engage in policy review and HR projects.
Requirements: (i) a good University degree with relevant working experience gained from sizable organizations; (ii) excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), (iii) good computer skills; (iv) strong interpersonal and communication skills; and (v) pro-active, resourceful and service-oriented. Proven competency in committee secretaryship and previous working experience in the higher education sector will be a definite advantage. Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
