Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, staff relations and payroll
  • Provide support as business partner in delivering daily HR services to the designated Departments
  • Communicate with different departments and line managers to have better understanding on their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Assist in planning and organizing the staff relations activities.
  • Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in HR generalist role.
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule with high accuracy
  • Good team player. Willing and able to take lead in projects when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
