Your essential responsibilities: Conduct time studies to ensure Lines / Cells running at optimum efficiency with minimal waste (i.e. Operator Balance Charts). Responsible for co-establishing the cost reduction and operational performance targets and manage associated projects and their implementation Production process design and optimize Cell design based on customer demand and product process (Including 4M1E) Layout design and optimize Material flow design and optimize between work station or process Production capacity analysis and problem solving to adapt customer demand increase and decrease Introduce new technology and drive automation in manufacturing Familiar with I4.0 elements and categories Support lean deployment (VSM, Rapid change over; Critical equipment OEE improvement) Qualifications If you are: Education level required：Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or Mechanics degree preferred Years and area of experience required：8+ years’ work experience, with 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or lean deployment Technical knowledge Be proficient at IE skills and lean methods; Project management experience is preferred; Auto CAD skill is required and ProE/CREO or other 3D skill are preferred Soft skills: Good communication skills Good analytical skills Yes!
