Job Description

- Act as the IT support role to end users for tkCN
- Manage the performance of servers, networks, telephones system, maintain server room and IT related devices including but not limited to server, switch, router, firewall, IP Phone and cabling. To ensure proper operation & meeting of company standards;
- Assist Head of GPI China on Global, Regional and Local IT project;
- Coordinate China region IT related topic and maintain relationship of IT department among BAs.
- Conduct Global and local IT policy execution in company.
- Conduct the information security policy, backup plan and regular audits
- Respond to all IT operational support incidents and service requests, ensuring that the details are properly recorded and acted upon and/or referred to the appropriate staff;
- Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained at a high level, keeping customers regularly updated on progress, through to incident resolution and confirmation of incident closure;
- Assist in the development and maintenance of manuals, procedures and other documentation required for the effective operation of IT where necessary;
- Analyze the service tickets and provide reports on a regular basis;
- IT assets management: to keep the IT assets and inventory accurate and properly managed;
- Manage relationships with service providers and vendors, and coordinate with them to solve technical problems;
- Other duties as assigned.
Your responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years or above in technical operations
- Good experience of Information Security, Servers, Network (Firewall, Router etc.), Data Backup, Cisco IP Phone and so on.
- Good team and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thoroughly
- Project management skills is preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent English skills both in writing and speaking requested
- MCSE and/or CCNA preferred, CCIE preferred.
