Job Description
- Responsible for IT Service Delivery in all China offices.
- Monitors, coordinates and supervises the daily activities of the IT Service Desk Operations in China with perspective extension into other Asia Pacific markets.
- Respond to all IT operational support incidents and service requests, ensuring that the details are properly recorded and acted upon and/or referred to the appropriate staff
- Assist in the development and maintenance of manuals, procedures and other documentation required for the effective operation of IT where necessary
- Manage telecommunication system and local contract include Mobile, Fixed Line and Internet.
- Manage onsite IT infrastructure which include Server, LAN/WAN and upkeep of Server Hosting.
- Deriving from Act as the domain expert and address local IT requirements.
- IT assets management: to keep the IT assets and inventory accurate and properly managed
- Liaise with external vendor and manage contractor working onsite and/or dispatch field services.
- Prepare and participate in annual IT auditing and compliance exercise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT service desk area in Multi-National organizations
- Proven knowledge of service delivery and service support to effectively manage the IT service
- Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers & service provider relationships across China
- Good team and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thoroughly
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent English skills both in writing and speaking
- Demonstrate competent and proficient in operating full spectrum of IT Infrastructure.
- Intermediate level of knowledge in one or more of the following area:
#Desktop
Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S
Sound knowledge on Windows deployment and imaging.
Experience in Microsoft SCCM
#Server Hosting
Windows 2012/2016/2019 Environment.Working experiences on popular cloud platform such as Azure, AWS and Aliyun
#Networking
Well versed in Cisco L2/L3 Switches/Routers and Cisco ISE and Wireless Solution
Strong Understanding of network protocol (IPSEC, BGP, DNS, DHCP)
