Job Summary:

Lead IT team in APAC for international 3 PL. Focusing on regional infrastructure, security and SAP support and SAP project management (CRS, implementations). The Role will manage the IT team and be the business partner for the regional business in shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. SAP know how and project / development experience a must. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage both SAP and Infrastructure team in APAC. Take ownership and direct all activities related to IT management, including but not limiting to resource management, budgeting, client management, vendor management, security, solution delivery, etc.
  
• Provide SAP consultation and project management. Lead, configuration, implementation, test and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
  
• Manage Infrastructure and security related services, by providing and supporting strategic, responsive, robust and secured IT infrastructure with optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  
• Work as a partner with all stakeholders (Management, Global, Business, Operation etc) to evaluate and improve business processes and ensure all deliverables are focused on maximum return on investment.
  
• Identify opportunities for improvements on a continual basis, initiate and drive actions to improve the performance of the team and project implementation process.
  
• Cultivate a passion for excellence among team members and motivate staff by mentoring and coaching for excellent performance
  
• Exercise full management authority; write performance reviews, set pay decisions, recruit, terminate, introduce disciplinary actions to errant employees and other personnel actions. Identify gaps and recommend solutions to ensure that all staff within the team has the required competencies and skills to effectively perform their job.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the IT sector with progressive career trajectory and outstanding personal achievement
  
• In depth SAP, BI and IT architecture knowledge
  
• Experience in handling and managing regional teams
